Cosmetic dentistry:

Includes a variety of dental treatments aimed at improving the appearance of the teeth such as whitening, bonding, veneers, reshaping, or implants. Cosmetic dentistry can improve the appearance of stained, chipped, misshapen, or crowded teeth.

Veneers:

This a thin layer of tooth-coloured material usually made of porcelain, some other ceramic, or acrylic resin, is attached to a prepared tooth surface to modify its shape or colour.

Professional Cleaning:

Regular dental hygiene appointments are important for the prevention of gum disease.  A dental cleaning removes tartar (mineralized plaque) that may develop even with careful brushing and flossing, especially in areas that are difficult to reach in routine tooth brushing. It is often done by a dental hygienist. Professional cleaning includes tooth scaling and tooth polishing.

Bridges, crowns, inlays & onlays:

1.     Crowns & Bridge:

Crowns and bridges are fixed prosthetic devices. Unlike removable devices such as dentures, which you can take out and clean daily, crowns and bridges are cemented onto existing teeth or implants, and can only be removed by a dentist.

2.     Inlays and onlays:

An inlay is an indirect restoration (filling) consisting of a solid substance (as gold or porcelain) fitted to a cavity in a tooth and cemented into place. An onlay is the same as an inlay, except that it extends to replace a cusp.

Implant restorations:

Dental implants are anchors placed in bone, usually made from titanium or titanium alloy. They can support dental restorations which replace missing teeth. Some restorative applications include supporting crowns, bridges, or dental prostheses.

Dentures and partial dentures:

·        Dentures:

an artificial replacement of one or several of the teeth (partial denture)  or all of the teeth (full denture)  of either or both jaws; dental prosthesis.

·        Partial dentures:

A removable or fixed dental appliance that restores one or more, but less than all, of the natural teeth or associated parts and is supported by the teeth or the soft tissue.
